Yoga classes at Align HQ
At Align HQ we teach a form of yoga which focuses strongly on alignment and adaptation whilst developing strength and stability in the body and mind. With over 25 years of practice, teaching and study within the Krishnamacharya yoga lineage, Dr Joel is passionate about guiding and developing the practice of both novice and experienced yogis alike, through the application of asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work) and mindfulness. Each student is encouraged to practice at a level that is suitable for them and given various tools and techniques to help them reach their goals. Class numbers are kept low to ensure each student is able to receive the teachers full attention.
Individual classes and tuition are available by appointment.
